Staying at this hotel was an absolute treat! the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the cozy and romantic ambiance of the hotel was perfect for a special getaway. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed, creating a calming atmosphere. the convenient location near Hyde Park and Paddington station made it easy to explore the city.

A small improvement could be made in the communication between staff members to ensure a seamless experience for guests. there was a minor issue with room allocation upon arrival, but the situation was quickly resolved to our satisfaction.

Some aspects of the hotel were disappointing. the room furniture appeared worn out, with wooden bits sticking out.

At my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with a bottle of water at night, which I appreciated. This place has everything I need like Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and a fitness studio. I always come back for my city trips.

My visit to Kensington Palace was a dream come true, and I chose Inhabit, Queen's Gardens for its location. To my surprise, the hospitality and personal interaction at check-in were exceptional. I also loved the carefully selected dishes and cultural events at the popular cafe in the old cryptes.

Room issues and cold temperatures.

We hit up the top London spots with my mates and the hotel location was peng - so close to everything! Plus, the vibes were on-point with the charity support initiative. The staff were sound and looked after us, and the environmental focus was pure fab!

Would be even better if they had some lit events or parties for us young lot to turn up!

My stay was complete with a stunning dome, delicious breakfast, and a scenic cruise. The bar was relaxing and the hotel even helped pilots navigate during the war. A truly well-rounded experience!

Oh, and who needs hot water anyway? Just a minor inconvenience.
